We stand behind every product that we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help! We accept returns and exchanges on pet accessories that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition. Returns must be received within 14 days of original ship date. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label. We can not accept returns on face masks due to Covid 19. As you can imagine this would not be a very sanitary practice. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
